I am working with young group of players and this book is very helpful in teaching them the Dutch Academy approach. Focus on player development is strong using practical training sessions. Well worth the reading for any coach!

Very good book. It explains the methodology of a leading football academy in a clear and practical way. I found it both interesting and useful for gaining a better understanding of player development. I would especially recommend it to coaches and students involved in grassroots football.
