How do I download Tactics Manager?
Download from:
- Windows (Microsoft Store)
- Mac (Mac App Store)
- iPad (Apple App Store)

How do I log in to Tactics Manager after purchase?
If you already had the Free version, your account upgrades automatically. Check Settings → Account.
If installing for the first time, download and log in with your checkout email.
Can’t log in? Tap Forgot Password to reset, or contact us.
Will I be upgraded instantly after purchase?
Yes — your account upgrades automatically as soon as payment is complete.
How many devices can I use?
3 devices per user: 2 computers (Windows/Mac/Chromebook) + 1 tablet (iPad/Android).
You can remove and re-register devices at any time.
What’s the difference between Pro and Premier?

I’m getting an error — what should I do?
If you see a red Cloud Error:
1. Tap Help → Reset App (files stay safe)
2. Reopen and log in

How do I read my eBook or watch my videos?
1) Install the Coach Viewer App — Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, Chromebook.
2) Check your access email after purchase (check spam/junk if needed).
3) Log in — your titles appear in My Library.
4) Download (optional) — tap Download for offline viewing.
I can’t log in to the Coach Viewer App
1) Wrong password — Tap Forgot Password to reset.
2) Wrong email — Use the same email you used at checkout.
My eBook or video is not appearing
Usually caused by logging in with the wrong email. Use the same email you used at checkout.
If correct: Go to My Library → tap Refresh / Restore Purchases

No — eBooks are accessed exclusively through the Coach Viewer App (Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android, Chromebook).
You can download within the app for offline reading, and on iOS and Android you can print individual pages.
Can I print pages from the eBooks?
Yes — on iOS and Android, print 1 page at a time to a physical printer.
