You don’t need to sign up first. Simply place an order and an account will be created automatically using your checkout email.
Coach Viewer & Tactics Manager
An account is created automatically when you place an order — or you can register directly inside the app.
How do I change my account information?

Log in to your Shop account and update your details in My Account.
Coach Viewer & Tactics Manager
These use the same login but are separate from your shop account. Open the app and go to Settings / Profile.
I can’t login
Shop account
You don’t need a password. Log in using a verification code (or Shop Pay / Apple / Google).
Coach Viewer & Tactics Manager
These share the same login (separate from the shop). To reset your password:
- Open the app login screen
- Tap Forgot Password
- You’ll receive an email instantly to set a new password
If you still can’t log in, you may be using the wrong email address. Contact us and we’ll help.
I used the wrong email address to make a purchase
